Return Policy:

Our number one goal is your satisfaction and every effort will be made to achieve it. You may take comfort in knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed and that merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Damaged or altered merchandise as well as custom designed jewelry, mountings, and special orders may not be returned and no returns are accepted after 7 days. All damage claims must be done through the USPS or other carriers. We will assist claims, but cannot file for you.

Shipping and Insurance Charges:

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped within the United States may be shipped via First - Class Insured ($3.30), Priority Insured ($5.50), & Express Insured ($18.80, Our guarantee is only as good as the post office - overnight to most areas but guaranteed second day). Orders shipped internationally are generally shipped via Global Priority Uninsured - Canada & Mexico $4.00 - Other countries (where available) $5.00. International orders from countries not covered by Global Priority Uninsured are shipped via customer choice of Airmail, Surface Mail, or Express Mail.

Important Notice

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is now irradiating mail. The GIA recently published a report on gems treated with the same tools used bye the USPS. The results were disturbing. The gemstones tested were those noted for changing color by irradiation. The gemstones tested were: Diamond, Pearl, Kunzite, Morganite, Quartz, Sapphire, Topaz, Tourmaline, and Zircon. Of these, only the Diamonds showed no change in color.

As a result of this report, we will offer UPS upon special request. Please include your zip code with your request, and we will e-mail you a quote, likewise for our foreign customers, this option is available, just submit the necessary information for a quote.

All Missouri residents must add 7.35% sales tax on the final price. Do not pay sales tax on shipping charge!

Because we want to earn your continued business we take great care in representing each item as accurately as possible. We use no deceptive tactics such as tricky lighting or colored backgrounds, however, no image will appear precisely the same on any two systems unless they are exact in hardware, software, and settings. Your monitor, its resolution, color quality and individual calibration; the platform and operating system you have loaded; and the browser you are using all combine to create an individual viewing experience.
