Condor Agate is a relatively new find in lapidary terms.  It offers a large variety of color and pattern.  One of the cabs shown has a wonderful gray pattern in a burnt orange base.  This beautiful cab shows a parallax effect in the outer banding of the charcoal gray.  Parallax is when small bands of material are separated by clear material so it appears the pattern moves when moved in the light.  Most parallax has about 5,000 lines per inch to show this effect.  This is a highly sought after material in the better quality.
